General Artistic Anatomy Observations

Primary Forms:
Skull + Rib Cage + Pelvis = Spine

Note the "Angle Of Tilt", "Facing Direction", and distance from "Center Line"/"Gravity Line" for each of these forms.

Generally,
Skeleton = Core Structure
Muscles = Surface Structure

However, there are bony protrusions which affect the surface structure.

Muscles change form depending on whether they are expanded or contracted.
Things flatten out when expanded and bulge when contracted.

Also, muscles sometimes pull on the skin in such a way as to produce dimples and other little pockets which appear as shadow.
