On Meditation (06/10/2020)
Once I was at a park meditating. A man with a group of young children was walking nearby and one of the children asked the man, "What are they doing?", referring to me just sitting there with my eyes closed. In a gentle and patient manner, the man replied, "They are looking for the quiet place within."
As I overheard this conversation, a sense of joy erupted from within my being. What a profoundly eloquent way of describing meditation!
