I tried to stick with Free and Open Access Medical education (FOAMed) resources as much as possible. All of them are legal as far as I can tell. They are sorted into very general categories, but are not in any particular order. I have a bias towards specific subjects (such as Austere, Emergency, Functional, Lifestyle, Nutritional, and other more "niche" forms of medicine), so some of the included links might be reflective of that.
