Galaxies Made Through A Living Electricity
By combining the cosmogony of Walter and Lao Russell with the experimental work of Wilhelm Reich and Eric Dollard, we can literally start to engineer some of the most subtle aspects of reality...
From the article Functional Thinking - An Interview With Eric Dollard by Tom Brown:
Reich found that the orgone and the dielectric field are basically one and the same. If a dielectric field has the proper pulsations then you could almost call it the orgone energy. An example of this is the orgone accumulator, which is alternating layers of dielectric and reflecting material, like a capacitor.
In short, the Wilhelm Reich's "orgone accumulator" is equivalent to a type of capacitor, and "orgone" might be thought of as a specific type of electric field or wave. Eric Dollard refers to them as "magneto-dielectric waves". It is also possible to generate them with a device made by Nikola Tesla called a "magnifying transmitter", which Eric built and experimented with. Let's see what he says about this form of electricity...
From a lecture at the US Psychotronics Association circa 1986 (beginning @20 minutes and 42 seconds into the video). Here is a transcript of that portion:
Okay, when you take and add up all these things [referring to the electric waves] when they're are not just in simple relation like this but in logarithmic relation, you get what are called "impulses". And these waves have specific shapes that look like this, which Reich called "organomes". So basically you are producing shapes in time...you take your power envelope...that look actually like living organisms. And that's one of the things we are attempting to do here, is produce electrical waveforms that actually have the shapes of life, but now not only in the dimension of space, but in the dimension of time. So, we're producing a type of electrical waveform that is completely organic in its nature.
Now, what I've found in my experiments with pulsed radio-frequency Tesla coils...not using spark gaps, but using pulsed alternators or vacuum tube amplifiers...is that patterns grow around these that are completely organic in form. In this case, this was a block of wood brought near the apparatus, and of course, it starts to break down because of the dielectric flux intensity which will produce little sparks and carbonizations. So we brought this near the tip of the transformer and let the discharge start burning the wood. It starts off by making just a regular fire on the bottom of the wood. Then all of a sudden, it starts emitting a lot of various colors, and then you get two "feelers" that look just like the little eye deals on a mollusk, like a slug or a snail, and these of course, have a Golden Ratio angle between them. And these feelers start out and they burn little paths in the wood. And then they'll get so far, to like a predetermined distance, almost like the space itself has intelligence, and then they'll split into pairs of feelers. This process keeps on going on until after a couple of minutes, this aggregate space waveform appears that, if you take measurements on it, it seems to be purely organic in form.
Okay, if you use the atmosphere, which of course is a more homogeneous medium than a block of wood which has imperfections in it, then you get actual spatial log-periodic formations...it's kind of hard [to draw] because it's three-dimensional...that twist around on top of the space above the coil [of the magnifying transmitter] like caduceus coils. What is particularly interesting is that, not only does space seem to have this innate organic geometry to it that the electricity just fills-in and make living patterns...You have to do this pulsed. It won't happen continuously. You can't have one stand. It's something that can only exist with pulses or transient waveforms...is you get a burst, and you have one of these patterns stand, in your Mind of course, you can remember the geometric position in space. The next one [burst] which occurs several fractions of a second later, is in another position. And then you notice that the next one occurs in another position. After you watch this, you find that every other discharge is rotating in one particular direction, and every discharge in between is rotating in the opposite direction. So you produce a rather interesting space waveform where you have two spirals going in opposite directions, depending upon whether it's [an] odd or even cycle of time. In other words, 1, 3, 5, 7, and so on, starting from the first count, the first pulse, would be rotating in one direction [CW], and vice versa. 2, 4, 6, 8, will be rotating in the opposite direction [CCW].

Reich would probably have referred to these as "kreiselwelle", or "gyroscope waves".
...But it doesn't stop there! Reich also pointed out that two of these spiralling waves converge to form matter. For example, galaxies are the result of two "cosmic streams of orgone energy" merging. He called this "cosmic superimposition". Eric tested out this as well with a device that he refers to as "The Cosmic Induction Generator"...

To carry this one step further, what we've done is superimpose fluxes from Tesla transformers in bulbs filled with gaseous media. And when you do this, you find that you start to get galactic formations and what appears to be outlines of marine organisms, all with the most stunning color. And this connects directly to Reich's cosmic superimposition theory, where if you take two primary energy fluxes and converge them in a space, these longitudinal, not scalar, but longitudinal fluxes will start to form a spiral formation which grabs up the energy. And these spirals are all, again, based on log-periodic form. A couple of times I had the good fortune to actually see what looks like photographs of deep space appear in these bulbs. You actually get your galaxies and your nebula, and it's something you have to kind of pinch yourself to see if you're awake or if it's really happening. I found some kind of Aether-pressure usually appears inside the bulb, and the bulb explodes such as [???] like at a 100 pounds per square inch. So not only is it producing form, but even matter itself appears to be synthesized out of this process.

The idea of "cosmic superimposition" is equivalent to what Walter and Lao refer to as The Sex Principle, where a Male and a Female component unite at Wave Amplitude to form a Doubly-Charged Sphere, which is representative of any bit of matter. Here is an image from pg. 163 of A New Concept of the Universe [Reprint? (1989)] showing how these Male and Female waves make a galaxy:
The caption reads:
Fig. 131 illustrates method of creating incandescence by multiplying darkness. Incandescence is then divided to again become darkness. Figs. 132 and 133 show giant nebulae compressing darkness into light, and expanding light into darkness to create bodies and destroy them.
What does this mean? Even though it is a "vacuum" in the sense of being at an incredibly low pressure, outer space is not "empty". It is filled with the elements from the first four octaves of Walter and Lao's periodic table, what they call The Space Octaves. From pg. 97 of A New Concept of the Universe [Reprint? (1989)]:
All suns and moons of stellar systems are created only by compressing electric waves. The theory of the accumulation of dust clouds into matter is not true to Natural Law. There is no such dust in space, not even the weight of a milligram.
Space is an equilibrium which is polarized into four octave waves of invisible matter, but octave waves of matter even though invisible are not "dust." These space octaves will be referred to later.
The term "Aether", in the most basic sense, means "upper atmosphere" (i.e.: the rarefied substance between stars). Therefore, some might generally refer to this collection of elements as an "Aether", but Walter and Lao did not use that term because they describe specifically what it is and what it does. From pg. 125 of A New Concept of the Universe [Reprint? (1989)]:
"Space" is not empty - nor is it an "ether." The space which surrounds every particle of matter in every wave field is the negative half of the wave field. The solid nucleus is the positive half. Both halves are equal in potential but vastly unequal in volume.
To put this in the context of stars, the Space Octave elements that surround each star compress to form the body of the star itself. In other words, the heat and light (i.e.: "incandescence") of stars is formed by "multiplying the darkness of space". These elements are sometimes called "radiant matter", and it is possible to generate these effects in the laboratory.
From the article The Life of Sir William Crookes by Gerry Vassilatos:
Sir William delighted in contriving such designs in order to provide wordless proof of each thesis. In 1877, he began his most world-renown series of researches into the discharge of high voltage electricity through spaces of very high vacuum. The automatic mercury pumps of Herman Sprengel were much improved on behalf of Dr. Crookes, again by Charles H. Gimingham (1877). It was this improvement which stimulated the new and thrilling research, since prior to this time, the reasonably attained vacua were insufficient to produce the effects which were historically first obtained by Dr. Crookes.
His first major discovery was one typical of the style and flair by which he would be best remembered. Bringing the vacuum to its ultimate degree, he observed a mysterious "dark space". This was the metaphor which most captivated his scientific attentions, a symbol and representative of space itself. But what was in that dark space? He called again for the lights to be withdrawn. They had seen his preliminary demonstration of phosphorescence, but had they comprehended the meaning of those phenomena? Had they pierced through to his exact intimations concerning that phenomena?
Were they able to realize that no phosphorescence, no light is ever emitted unless substances are completely wrapped and permeated in a blanket of absolute darkness? Did they appreciate that every condition of earthly light was first predicated in every instance by a permeation of radiant black space? His voice again rang into the dark space of the Hall. "I will endeavor to render the 'dark space' visible to all present. Here is a tube having a pole in the centre in the form of a metal disk, and the other poles at each end." The large barreled tube which he stood near on the table was fitted with a disc-shaped central cathode, facing two opposed anodes; one at each end. Current was applied.
"When the exhaustion is good and the electrical pressure is high... the dark space is seen to extend for about an inch on both sides of the cathode." The luminous gas residue withdrew to the anodes, being tightly squeezed upon their metal surfaces. But the dark space remained. Clearly, all matter had been forced away from this space, otherwise it would be glowing with light. In the dark space were rays whose power "...radiating from the pole with enormous velocity, assume properties so novel and so characteristic as to entirely justify the application of the term borrowed from Faraday... that of Radiant Matter."
In the case of the "magnifying transmitter", one can also see streams of "darkness". From the article Science as an Awareness of Time and Space by Tom Brown:
I was fortunate to participate in Eric Dollard's plasma experiments in the 80's at the Integratron. Eric is probably the most enlightened electrical engineer on the planet. He has a direct gnosis of the true structure of magnetic and dielectric waves, derived from study and experimentation with Tesla's and Steinmetz's works powered with dramatic insights and correlations with J.S. Bach's music...

...We saw galactic formations created in bulbs with a real working Tesla Magnifying Transmitter producing longitudinal electric waves (magneto-dielectricity, NOT electro-magnetism!). We also observed some amazing free form discharges from the TMT...
[...]
...While we were observing bright discharges, there were dark currents flowing [in] the opposite direction (into ground, we could measure 5 radio frequency amperes flowing to ground while a bright spark appeared to be jumping into space from the top of the TMT), so we surmised that the discharges were actually implosive events, the collapse of dielectric lines of force.
Following that observed electrical logic, and extrapolating to an electric cosmos model, if the stellar bright components of the galaxy are moving towards the center, as it appears in the vortexian nature of the galactic structure, then the dark flows are moving opposite, from the center of the galaxy...

...Working with Eric I saw star streams and galactic formations in plasma bulbs (burned out light bulbs from LA Water & Power taped to a broom handle!). Eric was the first to point me to the concept of the electric universe.
Never one to mince words, he said the gravity model was nonsense and what we were seeing in the bulbs was the same thing that is happening in outer space. Now the electric universe model is more well known and openly discussed. Do a bit of web searching and read up on it.
In earlier works, such as The Secret of Light, Walter refers to these streams as Rivers of Light and Dark. For example, on the level of suns:

All suns are generated into incandescence by two black rivers of evacuated light which flow centripetally toward their still centers by the way of their poles. Conversely, darkness of space is radiated from two incandescent rivers of white light which flow centrifugally from suns' equators.
...and on the level of galaxies:
From pg. 245 of The Secret of Light [Original (1947) / Third Edition (1994)]
Thus are the four arms of all spiral nebulae formed as two pairs of opposites interchanging with each other to become the other two; the two black arms belong to gravity and the two white ones to vacuity.
Now, how might we use this understanding to co-create with The One? The amount of Power we can safely wield is directly proportional to the amount of Love and Wisdom that guides it. Through our ignorance and uncaring, we harm ourselves and others, but how comforting it is to know that these too can be transformed. What a gift it is to help raise each other up into our fullest potential, for together, we shall reach Oneness.
